I would like to share my experiences with you and tell you about future projects, too. Therefore, I am looking forward to a personal conversation with you and I am grateful for invitations into your group or event. I also like to contribute to the program.

There are about 400 volunteers from over 60 different countries working on the MS Logos Hope. Check this for more information. I work in the engine department on board, but it's also part of the job to connect with locals and take part in different projects on and off board.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit

Matthäus 28,19 NIV

After my assignment as a project worker on Logos Hope and 3 months with OM Thailand, I want to keep moving. I fully trust in God's guidance, quit my job and leave my apartment behind. So I am free to accept the great commission and to serve the people for His glory.

I'm really looking forward to spend a year working and living together with Christians of different denominations and from very different countries and cultures. This is a wonderful blessing for me! My passion is to help local Christians to understand what God can do in their lives and inspire them to go to the least reached.

Electricians also have to go "high up" sometimes

Up to one million people visit the Logos Hope every year and for many this is a life-changing experience. People draw new hope, so they are encouraged to shape their lives. While visiting schools, orphanages and hospitals ashore, seminars, conferences and other events on board offer opportunities to share the gospel. Through this knowledge is conveyed and the challenges of society such as human trafficking, HIV and the plight of the homeless are adressed. Education is vital!

It fills my heart with joy to see people taking their first or the next step in faith and follow Jesus Christ.

Practical help is one the best ways to show God's love to people. Logos Hope Projects include eyesight testing and providing reading glasses, fitting shoes that can be adjusted as children's feet grow, distributing water filters and giving training in their use, primary health care, dental clinics, construction and renovation of buildings and donating literature to establish local libraries. Together with local churches and civic authorities we bring ongoing and lasting change for some of the neediest people.

Having life-changing experiences, building up friendships and knowledge while helping others in so many ways is unique! I'm excited!
